Some of his most important publications are:

-Diverse articles on Urban Development and Ecology in Revista Queretaro magazine between the years of 1986 and 1994.

-The book “Intermediate Cities in México. A Mechanism of Co-responsible Participation”.

-“La Crónica” newspaper with the column “Messages from the Boarder” since the year 2005.



He is currently profesor at UNAM teaching Negotiation Techniques in the Mexico-USA Master Degree program.

 



 

He is a Bachelor in Economics from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) and has a Master’s Degree in City Planning from the  Public Administration School of San Diego State University. Dr. in Political Sciences also at UNAM, with the thesis “Brownsville-Matamoros Railroad Project: Political opportunities and challenges in the instrumentation of binational projects and their impact in the border of USA and Mexico, from a case study” obtaining a honorific mention.​





he has been delegate in the state of Queretaro of the Ministry of Urban Development and Ecology; General Regional Manager of the General Coordination of Delegations of the Ministry of Social Development (SEDESOL) and General Coordinator of Delegations of the Ministry of Employment and Social Prevision (STPS).







he was Vice-president of International Affairs of the National Consulting Enterprise Chamber and is currently the President of Cruces y Puentes Internacionales S.A. de C.V..
